Desi Pan-Fried Shrimp/ Shrimp Rava fry
Ingredients:
Fresh Shrimp - 10
Red Chilli powder 1/2-1tspn
Salt - 1/2-1tspn
Rice Flour - 2 tbspn
Bombay Rava - 2tbspn
Asafoetida - a pinch
Veg. Oil - to pan-fry (not deep fry)
Method:
1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
2. Assuming shrimps are a little damp, roll them around in the dry mix and fry them up in the pan. This shouldn't take long, maybe a couple of minutes on each side.
Serve with a wedge of lemon alongside rice and this and this.
